When submitting your order, please enter your mobile phone number (no landlines, please). We will send you an email confirmation and delivery notice.

If you live in a condo or gated complex, your driver will call you to meet them in front of the main entrance. Drivers will not enter any homes or buildings.

All deliveries require that valid photo ID and the payment card be presented, The name on your order must match the ID that is shown.

If you are not home when delivery is first tried we will attempt to contact you to coordinate with you to deliver again. If we are unable to reach you the order will be cancelled and a refund automatically issued.
